The Hinderer Rescue knife is the design of a firefighter who saw the need to outfit a knife with all the critical tools required by first responders. The Hinderer knife incorporates a folding seat belt cutter, oxygen tank wrench and window breaker punch into the handle. The steel liner lock frame handle has textured composite scales and a release slide. The 440 steel blade is partially serrated for multiple cutting tasks and the tip is left unsharpened/dull for safe use. The over-sized thumb stud allows ease of use with or without gloves and the tip-down pocket clip and lanyard hole make this must-have knife easy to keep close by.
